To use the Internet must have certain rules to follow, since everything has rules that must be met.

The internet should be used only as an aid or tool not to do wrong things, as used several people, who think only harm them and harm to others.

The internet as everything has its time and should not be worn at all times just to chat, if not also for use as a working tool
